- We monitor flight radar to adjust the pick up time and we will pick up based on actual pick up time.

- Free waiting time is 2 hours. Additional hour will be charged at USD 3,- or (IDR 50,000 per hour). This only apply if guests request time extension.
- Book 1 day before and cannot be cancelled within 24 hours
Transfer Out (Hotel to Ngurah Rai Airport)
- The driver will meet you at the Hotel Lobby at the scheduled time.
- Waiting time is 30 minutes.
- Book 1 day before and cannot be cancelled within 24 hours
