TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Car rental duration is 10 hours. Extra hour is USD 4 per hour for standard and comfort cars and USD 8 per hour for vans.
- Book and pay at least 24 hours prior. We accept bank transfer or credit card Visa, Master and JCB. In some cases we accept cash payment
- No cancellation is accepted within 24 hours
- Price includes car rental, driver and petrol. Parkings, activity and attraction tickets are on personal account.

- Book 1 day before and cannot be cancelled within 24 hours
- Meet and greet the guests at the arrival zone of Domestic or International airport. Driver will communicate with emair whatsapp and they will have a name sign of the guests
- Free waiting time is 2 hours after actual landing time (by flight radar). Additional hour will be charged at USD 3,- or (IDR 50,000 per hour). This only apply if guests request time extension.
Transfer Out (Hotel to Ngurah Rai Airport)
- The driver will meet you at the Hotel Lobby at the scheduled time.
- Waiting time is 30 minutes.
